THE BIBLIOGRAPHY CONTAINS 268 CITATIONS, 39 OF WHICH WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE 1977 EDITION. THE MATERIALS CITED ARE PRIMARILY REPORTS OF FEDERALLY FUNDED STUDIES, PROJECTS, AND PLANNING EFFORTS IN THE FIELD OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY. INCLUDED ARE DOCUMENTS CONCERNED WITH THE CAUSES OF DELINQUENCY, DELINQUENCY PREVENTION AND TREATMENT, AND THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM (DIVERSION, CORRECTIONS, ETC.). OTHER DOCUMENTS ANALYZE JUVENILE DELINQUENCY STATISTICS, EVALUATE TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION PROGRAMS, OR DESCRIBE STATE PLANS RELATING TO JUVENILE DELINQUENCY.
