A DISCUSSION WAS HELD ON THE FIELD USE OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION EQUIPMENT, ESPECIALLY PARTICULARLY SOPHISTICATED OR UNUSUAL TYPES OF EQUIPMENT IN USE, AND ON THE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF FIELD KITS AVAILABLE FOR POLICE OFFICERS. THE DISCUSSION OF INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL COOPERATION BETWEEN POLICE COLLEGES FOCUSED ON FACILITIES FOR ACCEPTING FOREIGN STUDENTS FOR FULL POLICE TRAINING, OR FOR COURSES IN PARTICULAR FIELDS, AND ON PARTICULAR PROBLEMS FACED BY POLICE COLLEGES IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES.
