The remainder of the pamphlet consists of proposed texts of remarks to be made at certain points in the trial by the court clerk. These include introductory remarks to the jury panel, explanation to jury panel of voir dire, instructions to jurors before a criminal trial, instructions on juror's conduct during trial admonition, objections to rulings on evidence, voir dire questions, admonition at recess, and mandatory instruction upon discharge.
