The volume presents almost 400 Federal laws dating from 1902 to 1980 relating to crime, kidnapping, and prison.
Abstract
Each law is published in its entirety. Laws include those regulating commutation for inmates' good conduct, reorganizing the administration of Federal prisons, and prohibiting the interstate transportation of prison-made products in certain cases. Recent laws include the Public Safety Officers Benefits Act of 1976, the Presidential Protection Assistance Act of 1976, and the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act of 1980.
