The State substance-abuse-arrest tables present arrest data at county, regional, and State levels for each major category of illicit substance. The arrest-rate tables provide data similar to the previous tables but displayed as arrests per 10,000 population. The third section of tables presents drug arrests for possession separately from drug arrests for sale/manufacture for all counties. Also provided are aggregated-substance-arrest data as well as comparisons of substance arrests to all other arrests for 1978-81. Bar graphs display State totals for selected categories of substance-related arrests.
