ALSO INCLUDED ARE (1) INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THESE FORMS, (2) DESCRIPTIONS OF THE 26 CURRENT PROGRAM APPROACHES AND THE AMOUNT OF AVAILABLE FUNDS WITHIN EACH PROGRAM, AND (3) A DESCRIPTION OF THE STANDARDS AND CRITERIA BY WHICH GRANT APPLICATIONS ARE JUDGED, THE PROCEDURES WHICH ARE USED IN REVIEWING GRANT APPLICATIONS, AND A TIMETABLE FOR REVIEW OF GRANT APPLICATIONS AND AWARDING OF FUNDS.'
