Abstract
Further, two forms for the offender are presented. The first is used to record current offenses and offense severity; the second is used to record the offender's felony record, substance abuse history, and risk scoring. Finally, guidelines for offense severity scoring are divided into six categories: assaultiveness, sexual abuse, drug dealing, property loss, concurrent sentences, and weapon use.
