Part 2 provides information on the victim, the suspect's background, weapons used, physical evidence recovered, and the criminal method used in the crime. Part 3 presents information on forensic laboratory examinations, serology and toxicology, firearms and toolmarks, and hairs and fibers pertaining to the case. Instructions for completing the form are provided.
