Information:
This webinar, the second installment of the Raise the Age Training and Technical Assistance Center Webinar Series, will focus on the lessons learned from states that have successfully raised their age of criminal responsibility to 18.

Participants will learn about the seven strategies states have used to contain costs and enhance public safety while absorbing 16- and 17-year-olds into their juvenile justice systems.

Participants also will learn how the anticipated costs to taxpayers were overstated, how crime rates within the states declined, and how juvenile confinement rates also fell.
