ONE CHAPTER OUTLINES THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO A SUCCESSFUL PLAINTIFF-INMATE OR THE LIABILITIES TO WHICH AN UNSUCESSFUL DEFENDANTCORRECTIONAL WORKER MAY BE SUBJECTED. PART TWO OF THIS BOOK CONTAINS LEADING DECISIONS DECIDED BY THE COURTS. CASES WERE SELECTED FOR IMPORTANCE AND FOR THE POLICIES OR JUDICIAL THINKING THEY REPRESENT.
