Annotation: The analysis of bone marrow and body tissue (adipocere) from a severely decomposed body for the presence of paracetamol and dextropropoxyphene (Distalgesic) are described, and the levels of drugs found are presented.
Abstract: The level of dextropropoxyphene in the bone marrow was to be unexpectedly higher than that of paracetamol. 1 figure and 8 references. (Publisher abstract)
