Annotation: This 1991 annual report of the Onondaga County Probation Department (New York) includes information on administration and staffing, services to the family court and criminal courts, and special programs.
Abstract: Administrative information and statistics cover personnel, organization, accounting and costs, central records, and word processing. Information and data on services to family court address intake, adjustment services for "persons in need of supervision," and family court investigation and supervision. The report on services to criminal courts addresses pretrial release, presentence investigations, supervision, and probation violations. Information on special programs covers enhanced supervision, conditional release, domestic violence, drunk driving, intensive supervision, electronic home confinement, weekend home confinement, alternatives to incarceration, and the day reporting program. Additional information addresses the geographic location of all persons on probation from all courts on December 31, 1991, records retention and disposition, investigations and drug testing fees, drug testing, and plans and programs for 1992.
