Abstract: The report on correctional personnel addresses the number, recruitment, the Manpower Review Team, the Staff Relations and Welfare Unit, and associations for corrections personnel. The account of staff training describes the program of the Staff Training Institute, aspects of departmental training, and overseas training. A report on operations encompasses prisons, training and detention center referrals, training centers, the detention center, the Young Offender Assessment Panel, and drug addiction treatment centers. Aftercare programs are also reviewed.
