Abstract: Offenses reported to the police are shown by quarter, type, and police district. Some of the data address a number of years. Main results from statistics on crimes investigated extend from 1970 through 1990. Data on sanctions extend from 1970 through 1990. Sanctions statistics are presented by offense type, the age and criminal record of the defendant, the average term of imprisonment and fine, and the sex of the offender. Statistics on imprisonment cover the years 1970 through 1990. They show different types of increases, transfer, and decreases by sex of the person and type of sanction.
