Annotation: A bibliography on youth gangs is provided.
Abstract: This bibliography on youth gangs is provided as a resource for individuals and organizations interested in research or program development designed to redirect youth at risk of involvement in illegal gang activity. In preparing the bibliography, an extensive subject search and author search for articles, reports, and books related to juvenile gangs was conducted. A topical index at the end of the bibliography permits cross-referencing of subject areas by author. Each bibliographic entry includes a brief summary. A listing of resource organizations also is included.
