Abstract: The volume also includes Title 18 of the United States Code, covering Crimes and Criminal Procedure; Title 21, Chapter 9 of the United States Code, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; and Title 21, Chapter 13 of the United States Code, focusing on Drug Abuse Prevention and Control. The codes are presented as amended through House Document 103-76 and Public Law 103-210. All changes to the rules and laws have been included in the text, and the effective dates have been added where applicable. Index
