Abstract: Following the text of the Act, as amended through October 3, 1977, this document contains the statements of various policymakers, youth advocates, and law enforcement officials. The Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention submitted fiscal year program plans and statements on the status of the Office's funding. The materials contained in this document also include letters, supplemental materials, newspaper articles, and prepared testimony.
