Abstract:	The document contains the grant award agreement, grant closeout requirements, progress reports, financial status reports, purchase orders, travel claims, information seminars, manual/binder distribution log, and miscellaneous documentation. There is also a copy of the manual on disk in Word Perfect. The manual itself describes the operation of the Missing/Unidentified Persons System (MUPS), maintained by the California Department of Justice. The manual illustrates the contents and format of missing person records and outlines procedures for entry transactions, modifications, locate transactions, inquiries, and inquiry responses.
