Annotation: This report provides average and monthly inmate population counts, admissions, and releases during FY 1995-1996 in Hawaii.
Abstract: Each report section includes statistical tables and charts that depict percent changes in populations, admissions, and releases for each custody status and monthly distributions of head counts by custody status, assigned counts, new admissions, status changes, transfers, and discharges. Data are tabulated for all correctional facilities and by individual facility. The report also includes narrative highlighting the statistical information for each section and a glossary of terms.
