The impact of Snipercraft on the police sniper community has been tremendous. Snipercraft is comprised of a quarterly newsletter, sniper schools, lectures, and SniperWeek. This article focuses on and describes SniperWeek which began as a gathering for snipers to exchange information. Today, it is recognized as the ultimate police sniper-training event. It begins with a 2-day educational seminar and concludes with the most relevant police sniper tournament in the country. The Snipercraft Challenge is a training event that consists of eight courses of fire; a 2-day test of the skills needed in the field to succeed as a police sniper.
