Abstract: THE ANALYSIS CONCLUDES THAT THE SEXUAL ABERRATION SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A BASIS FOR DIMINISHED CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS IT WAS ASSOCIATED WITH A SERIOUS PSYCHOPATHOLOGICAL ILLNESS. ONE CASE IS EXAMINED IN DETAIL. --IN GERMAN
