Annotation: THIS DOCUMENT PRESENTS THE DETAILED IMPLEMENTATION PLANS WHICH WILL LEAD TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CRIMINALISTICS LABORATORY INFORMATION SYSTEM (CLIS) AS ESTABLISHED IN PRECEDING REPORTS (NCJ-28032, AND 30453 THROUGH 30456).
Abstract: THIS REPORT IDENTIFIES THE ACTIVITIES AND PERFORMANCE MILESTONES WHICH MUST OCCUR FOR THE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF CLIS AND DEVELOPS A SCHEDULE SHOWING THE RELATION OF ACTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE MILESTONES TO EACH OTHER AND THE ESTABLISHED TIME SCHEDULE. IT ALSO IDENTIFIES PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS, DEVELOPS BUDGET REQUIREMENTS, AND IDENTIFIES AND SCHEDULES IMPORTANT DECISION POINTS.
