Abstract: A DESCRIPTION OF THE COURT, THE JUDICIAL PERSONNEL, AND SUPPORT PERSONNEL IS PROVIDED FOR EACH COURT. BUDGET INFORMATION AND DATA ON CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CASES IS ALSO PRESENTED. IN ADDITION, THIS REPORT SUPPLIES INFORMATION ON THE JUDICIAL CONFERENCES AND COMMITTEES OF DELAWARE, THE COURT ON THE JUDICIARY, THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS, AND THE THREE STATE LAW LIBRARIES.
