Annotation: THIS STATISTICAL REPORT BY THE DELAWARE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS PROVIDES FIGURES ON CASES PENDING, FILED, AND TERMINATED, CASELOAD TRENDS, PERSONNEL INFORMATION AND WORKLOAD DATA FOR EACH DELAWARE COURT.
Abstract: AN OVERVIEW OF THE COURT, THE JUDICIAL PERSONNEL, AND THE SUPPORT PERSONNEL IS PROVIDED FOR EACH COURT. BUDGET INFORMATION AND DATA ON CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CASES IS ALSO PRESENTED. IN ADDITION, THIS REPORT SUPPLIES INFORMATION ON THE JUDICIAL CONFERENCES AND COMMITTEES OF DELAWARE, THE COURT OF THE JUDICIARY, THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS, AND THE THREE STATE LAW LIBRARIES. THIS 1975 REPORT ALSO INCLUDES NEW SECTIONS ON THE AMENDMENTS TO COURT RULES MADE DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, ON PROJECTS SUPPORTED BY FEDERAL FUNDS, AND ON MAJOR LEGISLATIVE CHANGES THAT HAVE EFFECTED THE ENTIRE COURT SYSTEM.
