Abstract: THE REPORT IS DIVIDED INTO THREE AREAS - ADMINISTRATION, POLICE TRAINING, AND CORRECTIONAL TRAINING. THESE SECTIONS OUTLINE FUNCTIONS AND MANAGEMENT OF THE COMMISSIONS, DESCRIBE THE AGENCY AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE RESOURCES, AND PRESENT THE COMMISSIONS' BUDGET. MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSIONS ARE NAMED. LEGISLATION ESTABLISHING AND DEFINING THE POWERS OF THE TWO COMMISSIONS ARE OUTLINED AS WELL AS A GUIDE TO THE CURRICULUM AND COURSE DESCRIPTIONS FOR EACH TRAINING COMMISSION.
