Abstract: AMONG THE TOPICS COVERED IN THE TEXTUAL COMMENTS ARE IMPRISONMENT, CREDIT FOR PRIOR INSTITUTIONAL TIME, FINES, PROBATION, COMPUTATION OF TIME FOR PROBATION, AND COMPUTATION OF TIME FOR PAROLE. LAWS AND PROCEDURES RELATING TO THE JUVENILE OFFENDER, FEMALE OFFENDERS, DRUG USERS, SEXUAL SOCIOPATHS AND THE HABITUAL CRIMINAL ARE REVIEWED.
