Abstract: IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE PROJECT GOALS, THE GRANTEE DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED THREE LEADERSHIP SEMINARS ON LAW ENFORCEMENT DEALING WITH PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION, COOPERATED WITH THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES/ U.S. CONFERENCE OF MAYORS, AND THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES, AND PUBLISHED A BI-MONTHLY NEWSLETTER. THE EVALUATION METHODOLOGY CONSISTED OF AN EVALUATION OF THE SEMINARS BY THE PARTICIPANTS.
