Annotation: AN EXPLORATION OF THE SPECIAL PROBLEM RAISED BY MENTALLY ILL JUVENILE COURT WARDS FOR WHOM EXISTING PUBLIC FACILITIES ARE SAID TO BE INADEQUATE.
Abstract: THE AUTHOR DEMONSTRATES THAT DENIAL OF TREATMENT DUE TO THE LACK OF EXISTING FACILITIES VIOLATES THESE JUVENILES' STATUTORY AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
