Abstract: AMONG THE TOPICS DISCUSSED IN THIS REPORT ARE THE INCREASE IN CRIMINAL CASELOADS, THE IMPACT OF COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS CENTERS, THE IMPACT OF RECENT LEGISLATION ON THE COURTS, JUVENILE COURTS, JUDICIAL REFORM, JUDICIAL SELECTION, AND RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT FOR ATTORNEYS. INFORMATION IS ALSO INCLUDED ON FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECTS AND THE STATE BOARD OF LAW EXAMINERS. STATISTICS ARE PROVIDED ON COURT CASELOADS, DISPOSITIONS, JUDICIAL PERSONNEL, FILINGS AND TERMINATIONS, CIVIL CASE AND COURT DELAY.
