Annotation: FINAL REPORT ON A PROJECT TO CONTINUE THE OPERATIONS OF THE OFFENDER AID AND RESTORATION (OAR) PROJECT, WHICH NOW OPERATES IN EIGHTEEN JAILS IN FIVE STATES.
Abstract: PROJECT GOALS ARE TO REDUCE RECIDIVISM BY FACILITATING THE OFFENDER'S READJUSTMENT TO SOCIETY THROUGH TRAINING, COUNSELING, REFERRALS, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, TRANSPORTATION, LEGAL SERVICES, AND OTHER SERVICES.
