INCLUDED ARE COMPREHENSIVE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONS OF EACH OF THESE THREE PARTS, AS WELL AS SOME COMMENTARY ON HOW THESE PARTS WORK TOGETHER.
