A FIFTH SECTION ON CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATION DEVELOPS INFORMATION ON INTERAGENCY COORDINATION AND COOPERATION IN OPERATIONS, ORGANIZATION, MANAGEMENT, AND PROGRAM PLANNING.
