OTHER QUESTIONS ADDRESS THE ARRANGEMENTS THAT NEED TO BE MADE TO TAKE THE MEASUREMENTS; METHODS OF DATA ANALYSIS; REPORTING OF RESULTS; AND THE STEPS THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN TO EVALUATE THE EVALUATION.
