Annotation: OVERVIEW OF THE MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE, INCLUDING A DISCUSSION OF AREAS THAT COULD BE IMPROVED.
Abstract: THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS OF THE OFFICE WERE STUDIED: OPERATIONS, ADMINISTRATION, AND PLANNING AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT. AMONG RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MORE EFFECTIVELY OPERATING THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE, IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT FORMAL COMMUNICATION METHODS BE ESTABLISHED AND LINES OF AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY BE CLEARLY DRAWN. IT WAS ALSO SUGGESTED THAT A FULL-TIME EXECUTIVE LEVEL ADMINISTRATOR BE APPOINTED....KAP UNION COUNTY
