Annotation: REPORT CONTAINS BASICS OF AN AUTOMATED DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM THAT WOULD MAINTAIN CONTROL OVER LOCATION OF COURT PROPERTY.
Abstract: IN VIEW OF THE CONSIDERABLE VOLUME OF DATA NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNTING OF EQUIPMENT, THE ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF COURT MANAGEMENT DEVELOPED A SCHEME FOR A BASIC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. THE SYSTEM WOULD CREATE A MASTER INVENTORY FILE OF PROPERTY THROUGHOUT THE STATE. IT WOULD ALSO KEEP TRACK OF WHICH ITEMS WERE IN THE INVENTORY, THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THEM, AND THE NUMBER OF ITEMS OF A SIMILAR KIND. THE REPORT INCLUDES OUTPUTS, AND INVENTORY CODES FOR THE SYSTEM, WHICH HAS TWO PROGRAMS IN ANSI COBOL....BS
