Annotation: REPORT OF ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING ASSISTANCE THAT WAS PROVIDED DURING APRIL 1973, TO OFFER RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ELIMINATING CURRENT OVERCROWDED CONDITIONS AND ACCOMMODATING THE NEED FOR ADDITIONAL COURTROOM SPACE.
Abstract: IN THIS REPORT, A SERIES OF SPECIFIC IMMEDIATE REMEDIAL STEPS ARE RECOMMENDED, TO ENABLE BOTH THE COURT AND OFFICE FUNCTIONS TO OPERATE UNTIL A PHYSICAL EXPANSION PROGRAM IS UNDERTAKEN. A SERIES OF LONGER RANGE OBJECTIVES ARE ALSO RECOMMENDED, CREATING THE FRAMEWORK FOR FURTHER STUDY AND ACTIONS THAT ARE NECESSARY PRIOR TO DESIGNING ANY EXPANSION OF THE CURRENT FACILITIES.
