Annotation: THE LIBRARY IS REVIEWED IN FOUR AREAS: COMPLETENESS OF COLLECTION AND MATERIALS, SIZE AND QUALITY OF STAFF, ADEQUACY OF GENERAL LIBRARY PROCEDURES AND PHYSICAL SPACE REQUIREMENTS; THE REVIEW WAS MADE IN FEBRUARY 1974.
Abstract: THE SUPREME COURT IS THE HIGHEST COURT AND ONLY APPELLATE COURT IN WEST VIRGINIA. THE LAW LIBRARY IS THE ONLY LEGAL RESEARCH FACILITY IN THE STATE CAPITOL. THE PANEL OF THREE LAW LIBRARIANS CONCLUDED THAT IN ORDER TO UPGRADE THE LIBRARY SERVICES, MANY IMPROVEMENTS WERE REQUIRED. ESPECIALLY URGENT WAS THE ACQUISITION OF A QUALIFIED LAW LIBRARIAN AND STAFF....MSP
