Annotation: REPORT, DATED JULY 1973, OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OFFERED TO THE FIRST DISTRICT COURT FOR ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING AND SPACE MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION.
Abstract: IN RESPONSE TO A SECONDARY OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT, THE PROJECT TEAM MADE PRELIMINARY COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS ON POSSIBLE LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS TO FACILITY PROBLEMS THAT THE COURT IS EXPECTED TO ENCOUNTER AS A RESULT OF AN INCREASING STAFF. THE BULK OF THE REPORT IS COMPOSED OF RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONCLUSIONS THAT THE CONSULTANTS DEVELOPED, BASED ON AN ANALYSIS OF DATA COMPILED DURING SITE VISITS OF: FACILITY NEEDS, SPACE AVAILABILITY, COURT CASELOAD, PERSONNEL, AND COURT OPERATIONS.
