Abstract: THIS REPORT ADDRESSES ITSELF TO THE ABUSE OF DANGEROUS DRUGS AND NARCOTICS OTHER THAN MARIJUANA. THE MAGNITUDE OF THE CALIFORNIA DRUG PROBLEM IS ANALYZED AND PRESENT ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS ARE DISCUSSED. THE INDICATORS USED TO PREDICT FUTURE WORKLOAD NEEDS INCLUDE USER POPULATION, DRUG CONVICTIONS, STATEWIDE ARRESTS AND FILINGS, DISPOSITIONS, IMPACT OF DIVERSION, LEVEL OF CONVICTIONS, AND SEIZURES....EB
