Abstract: THE PROJECT WAS RATED AS HAVING ABOVE AVERAGE ACHIEVEMENT ON ANY CRITEREA CHOSEN WITH SEVERAL EXCELLENT AREAS, EXCEPT FOR THE AREAS OF DIRECTION AND COORDINATION WHERE IT RECEIVED A 'GOOD' RATING AND DELIVERABLE PRODUCTS WHERE RATING WAS FOUND TO BE NOT APPLICABLE. THE HOME WHICH PROVIDES SHORT TERM RESIDENCE, COUNSELING, AND PHYSICAL NEEDS SERVED 727 YOUTHS IN THE SPACE OF 15 MONTHS SINCE SEPTEMBER 1975. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE EVALUATOR ARE INCLUDED....TWH
