Annotation: THIS PROJECT CREATED A FIVE MEMBER INVESTIGATIVE UNIT COMPOSED OF THREE BECKLEY AND TWO SHERIFF'S OFFICE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. THIS REPORT IS AN EVALUATION OF THE PROGRESS AND ACTIVITIES OF THIS 'MAG' UNIT.
