Annotation: THIS REPORT CONTAINS A SERIES OF DATA TABLES AND COMMENTARIES ON JUVENILE WARDS, ADULT SUPERVISION, AND COMMUNITY SUPERVISION UNDER THE ARIZONA STATE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.
Abstract: THE FIRST SECTION OF THIS REPORT CONTAINS SUMMARY DATA ON THE JURISDICTIONAL TOTALS OF THE DEPARTMENT. TABLES ARE PROVIDED ON THE DEPARTMENT CASELOAD, THE STATUS OF OFFENDERS UNDER SUPERVISION, THE ADULT AND JUVENILE INSTITUTIONAL PROJECTIONS FOR 1973 TO 1981, AND ADULT AND JUVENILE CORRECTIONAL POPULATION TRENDS. THE SUBSEQUENT SECTIONS PROVIDE A MORE DETAILED STATISTICAL PORTRAIT OF THE JUVENILES, ADULT INMATES, AND COMMUNITY SUPERVISION CASES UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE DEPARTMENT.
