Annotation: THE REPORT PROVIDES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AN EFFECTIVE SECURITY SYSTEM PLAN CAPABLE OF PROMPT IMPLEMENTATION. PROCEDURES FOR MONITORING THE APPLICATION OF THE PLAN ARE ALSO SUGGESTED.
Abstract: RECOMMENDATIONS ARE OFFERRED UNDER THE BROAD TOPIC OF 'SECURITY POLICE RELATIONSHIPS'WITH EMPHASIS ON THE FOLLOWING AREAS: RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY POLICE; OPERATION OF SCHOOL SECURITY DEPARTMENT; SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER; PARKING LOT-TRAFFIC CONTROL; SCHOOL ENTRANCE CONTROL; AND HALLWAY AND BATHROOM CONTROL. A STRUCTURE AND OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR INTERNAL SCHOOL DISCIPLINE ARE ALSO RECOMMENDED. THE REPORT ALSO PROVIDES RECOMMENDATIONS IN THE AREAS OF PARENT-COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT, STUDENT INVOLVEMENT, AND THE JUVENILE COURT SYSTEM....RCB
