Annotation: GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING A CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLAN BY LOCAL GOVERNMENTS ARE PRESENTED. THIS PLAN IS DESIGNED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE STATE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE.
Abstract: SECTIONS IN THE GUIDE DEAL WITH SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OF THE STATE/REGIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANNING PROCESS, CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LOCAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLAN, AND FUNDS THAT LOCALITIES CAN EXPECT. A FORMAT FOR THE LOCAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLAN IS PRESENTED, AS WELL AS LOCALITY INPUT FORMS. THE CRIME CONTROL ACT OF 1973 IS APPENDED.
