Abstract: CONSISTING OF TWO BUILDINGS, THE COMPLEX IS LARGE AND HOUSES EVERY TYPE OF JUDICIAL OPERATION FOR CIVIL, CRIMINAL, ADULT, AND JUVENILE CASES AS WELL AS THREE LARGE RECORD STORAGE ACTIVITIES. DAMAGE RESULTING FROM A BOMB EXPLOSION IN THE NEWER COURT BUILDING HAS ADDED TO TRAFFIC FLOW PROBLEMS IN THE COMPLEX.
