THE ENTRIES INCLUDE BIBLIOGRAPHIC INFORMATION AND CROSS REFERENCES, AND AN INDICATION IS PROVIDED IF THE MATERIAL IS AVAILABLE IN MICROFILM OR MICROFICHE.
