IT PRESENTS BOTH PROCEDURES AND ISSUES SURROUNDING EACH PROCESS. THE CHAPTER OVERVIEWS IN THE INSTURCTOR'S MANUAL HIGHLIGHT THE IMPORTANT CONCEPTS AND TOPICS IN THE CHAPTER.
