THE PURPOSES OF IMPROVING TECHNIQUES AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR APPREHENSION AND CONVICTION OF THE OFFENDER ARE ACCENTED. THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES' INVESTIGATORS, WHICH LIE IN THE APPLICATION OF JUDICIALLY IMPOSED WORK RESTRICTIONS, ARE STRESSED.
