CITATIONS INCLUDE BIBLIOGRAPHIC DATA AND ANNOTATIONS FOR SELF-INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS DESIGNED TO AID SENIOR CITIZENS, POLICE, AND GROUP LEADERS IN TEACHING, UNDERSTANDING, AND IMPLEMENTING CRIME PREVENTION MEASURES. CRIME PREVENTION TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS, POLICE, AND GROUP LEADERS ARE ALSO DESCRIBED, ALONG WITH VICTIM-ASSISTANCE TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. THE MATERIALS DATE FROM 1971 TO 1978 AND COVER CONSUMER FRAUD, PERSONAL AND PROPERTY PROTECTION, COMMUNITY ORGANIZING, CRISIS INTERVENTION, SELF-DEFENSE, COPING WITH CRIME, AND NEIGHBORHOOD AND GROUP ACTION.
