IT EXPLAINS THE WAYS JUVENILE OFFENDERS ARE HANDLED DIFFERENTLY THAN ADULT OFFENDERS, OUTLINES THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS GUARANTEED TO JUVENILES IN POSTARREST HEARINGS, AND DEFINES SUCH WORDS AND PHRASES AS PETITION, PROBATION, SUMMARY PROBATION, HEARING CUSTODY, DETENTION DISPOSITION, JUVENILE RIGHTS, DELINQUENCY, ADMISSION, AND DENIAL.
